StrawBalePlans.com is owned and managed by Straw Bale Innovations, LLC, a company dedicated to providing you with the very latest information and techniques on straw bale construction. We’re the same folks that own and operate StrawBale.com, LearnStrawBale.com, StrawBaleWorkshops.com, and StrawBaleConsulting.com.

Andrew Morrison – Straw Bale Innovations, LLC

Andrew has a passion for straw bale construction that is matched only by his desire to teach his knowledge to others. He has a wealth of experience in designing and building both conventional and straw bale homes. After years of building as a general contractor, he has moved his practice entirely to consulting and teaching. He shares his knowledge with thousands of people via his DVD series, his websites and the roughly six hands-on workshops he teaches each year.

Andrew has dedicated himself to teaching people the incredible value of straw bale construction. He has worked with thousands of people around the world, helping them to achieve their goals of building a straw bale home. He offers instruction in his DVD Series and on his many websites via free tutorials and articles. He also teaches roughly 6 hands-on straw bale workshops every year.

A big fan of ice hockey, Andrew has coached for years and has taken two teams to the International Silver Stick Finals in Ontario, Canada. He plays in an adult league and is a  mentor for youth hockey players in Southern Oregon. He is also an avid guitar player and percussionist. Above all, he is a family man who is dedicated to his wife and two kids. Whenever there is a question, the answer is always “family first.”

Gabriella Morrison – Straw Bale Innovations, LLC

Gabriella has recently joined Andrew in the family business of straw bale. After years as an audio book producer, independent photographer and videographer, and proud mom, she has brought her expertise to all of the straw bale ventures managed by Straw Bale Innovations, LLC. Gabriella does a lot of the behind the scenes work for Straw Bale Innovations, from contacting workshop hosts to website development, to marketing. She wears many hats and wears them well!

Gabriella is a dedicated mother and wife and speaks daily to how much she loves her life. She has truly found a place to drop her passion and joy into. The job and the family work perfectly together and provide an amazing life experience for which Gabriella is very grateful.
